The Banyan Estate is without doubt one of Bali’s most luxurious villas. The Banyan Estate is made up of six individual structures; the main house, two garden rooms that adjoin the main house, a separate Bale, the gymnasium, and staff and security quarters. The main house is a two storey structure, with a wrap around balcony.

On the ground floor of the main house at The Banyan Estate we find the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living and entertainment room, study, library, and games room. We also find a queen size en suite with private patio overlooking the pool and lush tropical grounds.

A grand staircase leads you to the upper floor of the main building of The Banyan Estate where you find two air-conditioned king-size en suites complete with Satellite TV, stereo, DVD and private balcony with views both of the grounds as well as the rice fields. Also on the upper floor of this luxury Umalas villa we find an air-conditioned queen size en-suite, again equipped with satellite TV, stereo and DVD. This bedroom shares its’ suite with one of the master bedrooms.

A pathway leads us away from the main house here at The Banyan Estate towards two king size guest suites, both boasting their private decking and individual outdoor space. Both contain an open-roof en suite as well as the same amenities as all the suites; Satellite TV, DVD etc..

A summary of facilities at the Banyan Estate are 1200sqm of grounds, six air conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, a business center, library and games room featuring Internet connection and a vast array of books, magazines, and games for children.

The gymnasium at the Banyan Estate boasts a multi station weights system, free weights, exercise bike, TV, stereo, table tennis and exercise bike. there are also plenty of indoor and outdoor games, toys etc for adults and children alike. The Banyan estate is equipped with telephone and fax, safety deposit boxes, private infinity edge swimming pool, open plan living areas with dining table for up to twelve people, and car parking for 4 cars. There is a laundry service, and on request massage and babysitting, as well as a 15% discount at the Kudeta restaurant.
