Article by William Gabriel

The US real estate market has seen better times, but it has been slowly taking a turn for the best…but this turn may not be the turn you’re looking for. There are those that want to buy property but they want a bigger challenge than the dilapidated foreclosures and short sales offered in their neighborhoods–they want to expand to all reaches of the world and create something spectacular from something ordinary. If you’re looking to invest in property and want to try something different why not consider purchasing a Bali villa and flipping it into a rental villa?

Villa rentals Bali is one of the most popular forms of accommodation on the island, and many are booked months in advance simply because of the privacy, intimacy, amenities, and proximity to everything Bali has to offer the adventurous tourist—you can get in on all of that income potential when you buy your own Bali villa and turn it into something that will bring in the guests and keep them coming back. In the US, flipping a home requires expensive and often time consuming cosmetic work, and often time it requires gutting the property and starting over. In Bali, many of the villas for sale are second homes or vacation homes that people can no longer afford to maintain. That means that they are usually move in ready and may only need slight remodeling or repairs. Despite the amount of work you’d have to put into your Bali villa, you’ll find that the returns are worth it once you open your doors and welcome in your first guests. Many villa rentals Bali can charge anywhere from 0 USD per night to 0 USD per night—it all depends on the amenities you’ll offer, the size of the villa, and the all important views of the island or water. One single guest for a week may even cover the cost of work you put into the property initially.

Property flipping isn’t just an American thing. Many Europeans have found that they can make a tidy income purchasing Bali villas for 5,000 USD, flipping them, and then either selling them for more, or turning them into rental accommodations for vacationers, tourists, or corporate retreats. In all honesty, you can really make a great living while enjoying the lifestyle that Bali has to offer. Relocating to the island and purchasing income property means that you can live a life of leisure while still making money—who wouldn’t want that.

Purchasing and flipping villas into villa rentals Bali can be the perfect challenge for the right person—that person looking to the next big thing. If that’s you, and you feel like you’re up for the challenge you should do some research on the Bali villas available for sell through websites like IndoVillas.com. If you’re ready to start your new income adventure, you can’t go wrong with taking an extended vacation to Bali, buying some property, and learning to live the good life under the Balinese sun.

Secure Your own Piece of Paradise

Article by Adi Arifin

I have been living in metropolitans where spent my days in high-rise office building, nights and weekends in a small flat, and the rest in the car cought in hours of traffic jams.Changing my career into a contracted specialist has change my life, I travelled the world to meet clients, work inside hotel rooms, or lock myself in my apartment for long projects. When I spent a week of holiday in Bali, I talked with someone in a Cafe and get something inspiring. I changed the plan from laying back on the beach to hunting a decent piece of land to build a small house on. I spent the days contacting real estate agents, which is surprisingly quite numerous, and follow their sales to inspect properties. Different brand, different owner’s nationality, different style, but there was one thing in common, all sells nothing more but lies. They do not really “know” the property status, they have never met the owner, they just brought me to a piece of lands with a humble “for sale” sign.I was nearly frustrated when I finally tried the most prestigious real estate agent in Bali named Exotiq Real Estate. It was the first one I saw, really. But they are so up market that I did not even have a gut to stop by. Strangefully the salesperson, office manager, and the owner himself who greeted me had just waived my original impression away. They are friendly and professional. They advised me in not only piece of lands (out of their huge portfolio of premium properties) which fits my preference, legal status, purchasing procedure, but also the detail how those lands would fit my purposes, i.e. whether the area covered by broadband internet access, best internet service providers around, where to get IT supplies in town, etc.I finally secured quite a large pice of land, a bit secluded off one of Bali’s popular resort town, surrounded by ricefield steeping down to the beach. Not a beachfront, but the sea sparkling in the distance looks fabulous. When I started to built my home, I basically did not know whom to talk. So I went back to the agent. They told me that it was not their speciality. Unlike other real estate agents who offered anything for money, Exotiq Real Estate specializing themselves only to securing the property. However, they introduced me with some people to start with. Now I had a little wooden cabin on the land, connected to the world and my servers in the US with broadband internet connection.I would suggest everybody with my kind of profession to do the same. What do you guys expecting by staying in a packed apartment in the city? Here you will have serenity and quietness for you to work, tropical beauty and beaches, and if you want to have a little fun, only if you want to, just go to down town Seminyak with its heart pumping nightlife.
