Set in grounds of 11,000sqm, this tropical Luxury Estate at Uluwatu boasts amazing views of the Indian Ocean. A perfect retreat for a 5 star holiday experience. Modern in architecture and design, Karang Putih Estate is situated just 18km from Ngurah Rai Airport, and within a 20 minute reach of all amenities such as the golf course, water skiing, fishing etc.. Set beneath Karang Putih Estate is a pristine white beach, and above in the grounds the Estate boasts its’ own licensed helicopter pad, which can be used for transport from the airport.
Accomodation at Karang Putih Estate is divided into 3 buildings, the main house, the pool house, and a private guest house. All 6 bedrooms are air conditioned and en-suite, and in the gardens we find 2 swimming pools. The structure is modern and light, yet decorated tastefully with Asian antiques.
The Grand Master bedroom at Karang Putih Estate is reached by a carpeted stairway. Adorned with abstract artwork, and with walk in wardrobe, the en-suite bathroom boasts a terrazzo tub and tropical plants.
The second Master Bedroom at this luxury Uluwatu Estate is also located on the first floor, but at the western end of the house. it boasts a king size bed a ratten couch, a perfect viewing point for para gliders from a neighboring launch site. The en suite is open air, with tub and shower, and once more adorned with tropical plants.
Also located on the first floor at the main house of Karang Putih Estate is an open air dining area and sitting area, connected to the bedrooms by a verandah. This can be used for formal dining for up to 20 people, providing stunning sunset views whilst you dine al-fresco.
The kids room at Karang Putih Estate is ideal for children, with twin beds and sky blue walls, decorated with finger paintings and kites. Also en suite, as all the bedrooms at Karang Putih Estate, the bathroom is pastel painted with tropical birds. babysitting service is also available on request.
The Pool house at Karang Putih Estate is found by following a staircase out of the main house, passing sculptured lions, out onto the cliff edge. Here we find a large open sitting area that overlooks the 17m salt water swimming pool, with cushioned benches, and a table to seat eight, a raised area offering views to the neighboring island of Nusa Lembongan. There are also kitchen facilities available. Connected to the sitting room is a large en-suite, decorated in yellow, and with a stunning bathroom with a Balinese carving.
The guest house at Karang Putih Estate is at the opposite end of the estate, and with private driveway 6m swimming pool, and a small kitchen, it can be used as a self contained unit. Both bedrooms are en suite, one with twin beds, the second, at the opposite end of the house with a king size bed. In between the two bedrooms we find a large hallway, decorated with Indonesian antiques.
